Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking when it ships.
Delivery time
Most orders within Canada arrive within 5 to 10 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.
Rates and destinations
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within Canada.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
