30-day returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Returns are accepted only if the candle is unburned, unused and in its original packaging. Candles that have been lit can't be returned unless they're defective.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email sandhugavin416@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Please contact us before sending anything back, since returns sent without approval can't be processed.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping and original shipping is non-refundable. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover all shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get something different is to return the original item and place a new order.
